We are three-dimensional problem solvers and we utilize Revit even in the early planning stages. We take great pride to initially work interactively via quick conceptual plan hand sketches with our clients in order to generate a smart program together that is unique to the challenges of each site, along with creating quick hand sketch options for both the master plan and through aerial axonometric drawings. Once a satisfactory concept is agreed upon, we use the versatility of Revit to take the planning process to a three-dimensional level of interactive exploration that integrates our clients and city planners into the team effort of reaching the optimum site plan; one that is appropriately responsive and sensitive to the unique context of each site.
Our projects have received numerous awards for their innovative and creative master planning, at both the broad scale of an urban master plan and at the focal scale of individual building blocks and regional shopping destinations.
Building + Interior Design

A sense of quality, openness and well being is evident in the steetscapes, public spaces and individual buildings, each of which play a harmonious part to a well orchestrated total environment. A sense of quality does need to be balanced by budgetary limitations and the creation of long term value and durability in the choice of building systems, materials and finishes.
Consistent implementation of well informed historic knowledge of traditional buildings, which is then juxtaposed with equally authentic knowledge of how to create warm and inviting architecture of our time, of knowing how to create timeless streets and walk able urban blocks, are all critical requirements to achieving a successful Placemaking process.
